About the Role

As a marketplace Manager of Premium Products (Cars), you will be responsible for driving growth of Premium portfolio (Premier, XL, Go Sedan) for India & South Asia. You will be responsible for ensuring that Uber becomes the platform of choice for our drivers and riders.You should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience and excellent time-management and organizational skills. You will champion the strategy and growth of Premium Products across markets in India, South Asia.

The Impact You'll Have

• Design and execute the growth and quality strategy for Premium Products (Cars). Closely track local marketplace metrics for premium products -reliability, riders and driver behavior, efficiency and execute appropriate interventions.
• Lead cross functional collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Community Operations, Product, Legal and local teams to drive the growth of High Value Rides.
• Ensure Uber’s Premium Rides are competitive in local markets. Regularly analyze marketplace trends, investment requirements for category growth.
• Work with Rider and U4B teams to deliver on Premium rides value proposition. Work closely with global product and mobility teams to learn about initiatives in other markets and surface product needs for the category in India, South Asia.

The Experience You'll Bring

• 3 years of relevant work experience (operations, management consulting, category management, investment banking etc.).
• Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation.
• Experience in building dashboards and querying data in SQL and Google Sheets / Excel.
• Strong collaborative attitude: Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
