• Leads inline brand management for TRUXIMA and HERZUMA, two oncology buy-and-bill biosimilars
• Manages P&L focusing on revenue stabilization and gross-to-net optimization
• Leads relaunch efforts on HERZUMA
• Applies strategies to establish long-term sustainability considering pricing, reimbursement, customer mix and 340b dynamics
• Understands needs and dynamics of key customers such as GPOs (clinic/hospital), 340b, payers
• Collaborates with payer marketing on pricing and contracting
• Collaborates on marketing plan and tactics with marketing operations for TRUXIMA and HERZUMA
• Collaborates with the matrix biosimilars marketing team as well as with the wider cross-functional team to deliver on set objectives
• Collaborates with finance and forecasting on financial planning
• Collaborates with forecasting on supply planning
• Drives performance tracking to support inline products in collaboration with the insights/data team, analyzes market data and information and makes informed decisions
• Supports Business Development assessments for inline opportunities
• Understands and stays up to date with biosimilar market dynamics and policy matters
• Aligns organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct

Education/Certification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in oncology and buy-and-bill
• Strong understanding of market access in medical benefit

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and coordinated projects with multiple internal stakeholders

• Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required
• Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% domestic travel throughout the US.
