General Responsibilities:

• Identifying and executing opportunities to create amazing associate and customer experiences aligned with desired outcomes

• Gaining alignment from leadership and tracking Experience strategic initiatives

• Creating, validating, executing and improving business processes

• Influencing leaders across the Experience and the Organization to adopt identified process improvement opportunities

• Providing subject matter expertise on high visibility processes and projects when representing the department in meetings and other communications

• Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness

• Identifying, analyzing, and correcting issues with department systems and processes

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 5 years of Process management or Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• Lean certification or Six Sigma certification

• 6+ years of experience in Process management

• 6+ years of experience in Project management

• 5+ years of experience in Relationship management
