As a Business Process Expert in the Center of Excellence organization, you will be optimizing the execution of Quality Management and Plant Maintenance processes in line with organizational strategy, driving all process-specific projects and managing their budget.

Your role:

• Differentiating between standard and unique business requirements for all sector processes, limiting differentiation, and implementing process best practices throughout the organization while staying current with industry standards and benchmarks.
• Developing a global process design that is harmonized, guaranteeing that the process design is successfully executed across work streams.
• Overseeing a procedure from beginning to end and making continual improvements to it, while producing significant outcomes for process improvement across all work streams and in line with the process's goals and vision.
• Supporting data conversion activities related to Quality Management and Plant Maintenance deployments.
• Ensuring alignment and execution of these projects within functional domains and coordinating cross-sector process standardization and simplification.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience performing business process development. Experience within the medical device industry – a plus.
• Your skills include expertise with SAP in Quality Management and/or Plant Maintenance processes, and the proven ability to be an independent leader who can manage a complex business/program.
• You have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
• You’re a strong communicator and able to work with different functions within the organization, a team player who can collaborate with both market and program teams and the ability to understand issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them.
