Job Description

As the Business Process Expert, you will represent Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) in support of the SAP Commercial Order planning domain.

Your role:

  • Developing, implementing and driving continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities, while capturing learnings and actively sharing success within your community.
  • Expelling knowledge and best practices globally through Communities of practice (CoP), solving systemic issues and driving impact while maintaining bi-directional engagement.
  • Securing engagements for change requests and making sure (in collaboration with the other leads) that individuals have the knowledge and skills needed to implement the newest capability, by promoting continuous improvement in a methodical and disciplined way (e.g., releases, kaizen-based, etc.).
  • Supporting the change control board in their ongoing monitoring and control efforts, while managing change requests in order to meet current and new business requirements.
  • Oversees changes in the Process Framework to the level of standard, ensuring that tools, data models, job descriptions, training, procedures, and work instructions are aligned and remain in a state of control.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in SAP business process development.
  • Your skills include:
    • Strong knowledge in SAP configuration and process execution (SAP ECC 6.0 – highly preferred).
    • Experience leading or participating in project management activities related to continuous improvement and the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree – a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You’re an excellent communication (both written and verbal), with the ability to interface and collaborate with global markets as well as factory operations teams.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $122,000 to $196,000.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
