You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Cyber Security, and you’ll work out of a United States location remotely.
This role will work very closely with the HGS M&A Security team to manage project resources, including prioritization, communications, budget, timeline, and team responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to lead HGS M&A updates to a variety of stakeholder audiences, including senior leadership.
- Provide Oversight for Honeywell Global Security M&A projects from initiation to closure across many domains, cybersecurity, physical security, product security, industrial security and other responsibilities in HGS.
- Lead project standard updates for the M&As in the reporting tools required (e.g. Capital Edge, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, internal teams and senior management
- Support due diligence processes to evaluate potential acquisition targets and support the cost and risk analysis
- Support integration and divestiture plan standardization as well as plans and oversee post-merger integration activities
- Ability to keep multiple initiatives straight, including diverse projects and project types.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS- M&A project experience, particularly with both Integration and Divestiture.
- Experience in developing best practices and project standardization
- Ability to conduct lessons learned sessions and ensuring adoption
- Experience developing and tuning M&A or other fast paced project metrics
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to adapt to fast moving environments
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cyber security project management or related field, including at least 2 in a program manager role
- Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies, including CMMC, NIST, and other compliance frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget globally
- Ability to work in a fast paced and fluid environment

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
