Coordinate the rollout of site-specific initiatives.
Organize infrastructure improvements and projects by partnering with the Chief Administrative Office teams consisting of: Global Real Estate, Amenity Services, Global Security, and the Document Business Services
People and Community
Partner with Human Resource teams on: Talent and mobility programming, Retention Strategies, Talent Redeployment and Employee Opinion Survey analysis and action planning
Collaborate with the firm wide Analyst and Intern programs to provide leadership and on-site support.
Act as a key advisor to the Tampa Inclusion Action Committee and Business Resource Groups to promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and events.
Facilitate and promote firm wide and local Volunteer Leadership Groups with engagement opportunities.
Engage with Corporate Responsibility to build community partnerships
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of Program or Project Management background
Ability to analyze and interrupt large data sets from multiple sources
Strong attention-to-detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Pitch Pro, Power Point, Excel and Word
