Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering promo materials/products using SAP
• Managing delivery of SPOMA orders using internal tools including the invoice flow documentation within the department
• Monthly analysis of respective data such as contract’s obligation execution
• Helping with creating presentations and supportive materials for SPOMA team
• Supporting SPOMA team with various operative and administrative marketing activities
• Supporting SPOMA Football Manager with daily activities relevant for dedicated portfolio of accounts
• Communication with customers

Key Relationships:

• Internal: Sports Marketing team, Brand Communication, Accounting, Customer Service.
• External: marketing agencies, sport federations, adidas athletes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
• Fluent English & Polish
• Good communication and time management skills
• Orientation to detail
• Strong interest in sport required – especially in the football category

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University student of business or physical education studies (2nd – 5th year)
