Key Responsibilities:

• Managing orders for promotional materials and products in SAP.
• Monitoring deliveries, updating systems, and resolving logistical issues.
• Preparing daily reports on orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
• Coordinating inventory allocation for athletes and events, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Supporting the team with occasional presentations and administrative tasks.

Key Relationships:

• Internal: Sports Marketing, Customer Fulfillment, Warehousing, Finance.
• External: Logistics providers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
• Fluent English & Polish
• Good communication and time management skills
• Orientation to detail

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University student of business or physical education studies (2nd – 4th year)
