Responsibilities
Facilitation and support of departmental planning, governance, internal and external communications, associate engagement, community involvement, event planning, metrics management, financial planning, space planning, and special projects to support departmental objectives.
Specifically:
Assist in developing associate engagement strategy
Lead execution and evolution of associate programming (including hybrid experience and recognition)
Lead Culture Committee and sub-committees
Support Mainstreet-wide routines, such as All Calls and leadership offsites
Manage various staffing and organizational projects, such as campus hire demand
Drive ad-hoc projects by confirming scope and deliverables and ensuring timelines and budget are met while identifying risks and issues/escalating as needed
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 2 years of experience in Operations or Chief of Staff functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience
2+ years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
2+ years of People management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
