Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams autonomously to prepare detailed plans for projects, determine resource allocation, deliverable timelines, and possible issues, while developing deep business acumen
Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, conduct internal meetings, and streamline the overall workflow ensuring timely project deliverables
Able to perform analysis in a proactive and detail oriented manner where required to understand the root cause of the challenges, risks and issues
Develop metrics and mechanisms to improve efficiencies and customer experience by identifying roadblocks and proposing process improvements
Produce business insights and action based on the recommendations
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes
Manage organizational processes related to Command Center, Associate Development and others
Develop relationships and influence across the organisation and levels while maintaining independence of the function
Demonstrate extreme focus on continuous improvement by identifying best practices from a specific area and developing playbooks of repeatable frameworks and solutions
Support business leaders in product marketing and branding initiatives
What are we looking for?
Ability to provide or recommend solutions to problems; flexibility to assume additional responsibilities
Solid understanding of project management principles, techniques and skills, including the ability to set priorities, work under tight and competing deadlines
Familiar with business and operational fundamentals with strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs
Highly organized, capable of multitasking and good time management
Creative thinker and problem solver and have the ability to work and contribute positively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in project management or process management, or project delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certifications
Master’s degree
