Solution Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, New York and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Architect Enterprise Integration platform in cloud and on-premises EAI (enterprise application integration) platform landscape. Design and implement DevOps/CI/CD pipeline and monitor processes. Build Integration Service catalog, design reusable assets and frameworks in the Integration technology/tools portfolio. Deliver Integration designs for new projects and major improvements. Define and maintain Integration Patterns standards, best practices, and guidelines for usage. Implement and lead the performance engineering methodology for Integration solutions. Actively mentor and coach Integration developers and help team by executing Integration design, improving system performance, and performing code review. Provide guidance on architecture and design experience to the teams using industry standard framework, called TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). Use specific DevOps, Integration and monitoring tools and technologies for various cloud implementations (Microsoft Azure and Amazon’s AWS). Utilize: Cloud Pak 4 Integration (CP4I), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM API Connect, Software AG webMethods, IBM MQ, SoftwareAG Universal Messaging, Vitria BusinessWare. Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a System Engineer, Application Developer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Cloud Pak 4 Integration (CP4I), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM API Connect, Software AG webMethods, IBM MQ, SoftwareAG Universal Messaging, Vitria BusinessWare. $216,342.00 to $260,200.00 per year.
