As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to colleagues, while assisting firm leadership on various people issues.

- Designs, develops and applies strategies that enable organisational purpose, individual purpose, employee engagement, culture, and development through future-optimized organizational solutions and new ways of working
- Understands and advises on the required strategic and operational adjustments to create a purpose-led, values-driven organisation
- Crafts and communicates a powerful and compelling employee value proposition that attracts, develops and retains desired talent and drives employee engagement strategy
- Works with leaders and leadership teams to leverage and define leadership behaviours and models then design and implement interventions to enhance their leadership effectiveness
- Advises on how to measure, shift, design, and implement organisational and individual behavioural programs and change processes to align with strategic direction, organisational purpose, and culture
- Understands behavioural drivers, organisational structures, and organisational and environmental contexts to plan and implement targeted behaviour change
Your key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to provide coaching and advisory support, enhancing managerial effectiveness and leadership capabilities
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making to advance HR and business priorities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations while managing associated HR risks
- Design and implement effective HR communication strategies to raise awareness and engagement around HR priorities and milestones that support our business strategies
- Drive organizational design and change management initiatives
- Foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement through targeted programs and initiatives
- Identify training needs and partner on learning and development initiatives to address skill gaps
- Responsible for continuous process improvement, the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight and experience of best practices
- Provide insights and partnership on talent and inclusion topics to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive culture
- Work closely with the broader HR Business Partnering community across the network to ensure consistency in HR strategy and execution at all levels
- May manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results
- Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)
Skills and attributes for success
- 8 years + experience, ideally in a similar role with aligned sector expertise
- Deep expertise in HR disciplines, including organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
- Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Team player – willingness to “muck in” and help colleagues
- Interested in building strong stakeholder and employee management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suits
- You are fluent in English (French or German advantageous)
