In this role as a valued Recruiting Partner you will develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business success, and work as a "full desk" recruiter.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Working with the assigned business leaders to source, recruit and fill positions within the specified time frame (target of 60 days).

• Manage assigned requisitions within Workday to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Participate in TA special projects as assigned to help move improve the function ongoingly.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's What You'll Need:

• 3+ years experience working as a technical recruiter.

• Bachelors degree in business or technical field.

• Proven experience working in cross functional teams.
