Role and Responsibilities
This Recruiter will be responsible for:
Consulting with the business to discuss and create staffing strategies and provide guidance on best practices and market trends.
Sourcing, Recruiting and Hiring talent of assigned REQs within specified timeframes.
Coaching junior recruiters.
Participating in special projects and process innovation as requested.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years as a technical recruiter in the technology space
Bachelors degree in business or STEM field
Strong communication and influence skills
Collaborative personality to work with various internal stakeholders
