The role will require 8+ years of marketing production experience, and is best suited for someone with an all-encompassing producer background. The successful candidate will have an expert knowledge of marketing campaigns and localisation workflows, including understanding the creative and production process, with demonstrable ability to navigate complex tools and workflows whilst maintaining operational best practices for campaign production. The position is based in Singapore.

Key Areas & Skills:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage the deliverables needs of all APAC markets importing campaigns, across single, multi-title and brand.

  • Set regional timelines and manage project deliverables and campaign resources.

  • Manage all production and operations needs for the APAC markets.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Multi-tasker, able to manage several complex campaigns and workstreams concurrently with multiple stakeholders across different regions and timezones.

  • Solution-oriented, able to pivot and find ways to achieve the deliverables needed for the success of the campaign.

PRODUCTION KNOWLEDGE

  • Fully versed in end-to-end marketing campaign production and experience delivering assets for multi-media channels including OOH / DOOH, TV, VOD, Paid Social and Digital Reserve.

  • Ability to brief, champion, consult and/or find the most efficient solutions for implementing creative activations pan-APAC, with strong understanding of market nuances and media complexities.

  • Knowledge in the production ecosystem when it comes to production timelines, creative development, localization and trafficking of key promotional materials.

  • Strong understanding of creative best practices and can have creative excellence top of mind.

ASSET RESOURCING

  • Go-to person for asset resourcing for all import campaigns.

  • Close partner to APAC Marketing Planning team and FP&A teams in reactive campaigns, to make sure teams have assets in place to run a campaign.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP

  • Main operational partner for the regional ops teams in LATAM, EMEA and UCAN.

  • Main partner to the in-country title managers and Marketing Production to make sure all their needs are accounted for when ex-APAC teams are developing their campaigns.

  • Close collaboration with the Marketing Planning team in APAC to set context and needs upstream for the region.

  • Ensure a regular flow of information between all cross-functional partners to share updates on project timelines and escalate any anticipated production issues.
