The position requires role model leadership skills and extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and materials management. The successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate with senior management, have a big picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.

• Multi-site manufacturing leader responsible for the operations performance of 5 factories
• Drive the integration of intercompany operations to maximize output
• Lead safety focused and compliant culture
• Ensure world class quality and sustained continuous improvement
• Achieve aggressive past due and inventory reduction
• Personal accountability to key product launches and capacity to enable growth
• Orchestrate rapid capacity expansion and reposition products with cross functional team
• Champion continuous improvement projects and lean deployment/maturity

Must be a US Citizendue to contractual requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing or Business management
• 7+ years combined of Supply Chain, Operations, Business management or Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership.
• Proven problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret business performance and financial data, define actions, and implement solutions.

• Business acumen – knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry
• Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
• Strong management operating system that facilitates communication
• Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers and suppliers
• Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives
