Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensiveoperations strategy for our product portfolio, aligned with business objectivesand market needs.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle,from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams to align operational activities with business goals andcustomer needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamlineand optimize product development and delivery processes.
- Monitor key performance metricsrelated to portfolio operations and analyze performance data to identifytrends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with externalvendors and suppliers involved in product development and delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentationof product initiatives and prepare regular updates and reports forstakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 2 years of experience inoperations management, with a focus on product operations or related roles.
- Strong project management skills,with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them tosuccessful completion.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implementsolutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced,dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
