As a Service Operations Administrator,you will be working closely with a repair centers based in Turkiye,Franco-Africa, Lebanon and Jordan, with activities driven by a tightlystructured MOS.

PrincipleResponsibilities

  • Ensure that the repair centers in the region of coverage receive all the necessary training, tooling and support to perform their day to day tasks
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly performance and deliverables and ensure the smooth flow of service processes
  • Ensure the achievement of KPI towards Honeywell and towards the customer
  • Manage customer and partner escalations
  • Financial management of repair center claims and customer cost repairs
  • Agreement management
  • Continuous Improvement & HOS
  • Applies HOS methodology, quality standards and process compliance in day to day activities
  • Highlights process deviations or exceptions, ensures best practice sharing and initiates process improvement opportunities where required

Key qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English. French is not mandatory, but will be considered an advantage
  • 5 years’ experience working in Service Operations or Supply Chain
  • Experience using CRM/SAP and understanding basic CRM/ERP system business processes
  • High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High level of customer orientation
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (phone, mail, email)
  • Ability to build working relationships and networks in a virtual team and highly matrix environment
  • Effective people skills, has ability to work with individuals from different levels of the organization with varying expertise both locally and abroad
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions.
  • Flexible individual with a high level of intercultural sensitivity, able to adapt to a quickly changing environment and drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented, pro-active “can do” attitude, Willingness and ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to manage conflicting targets and priorities
  • Self-motivated with assertive communication skills, positive and result oriented attitude
  • Well organized with good time management, result oriented
