Description
- Contribute to the definition of all technical requirements to meet and exceed client computing, audio-visual and network needs- Research, develop, implement, maintain and deliver training on new networking, client management and Audio Visual technologies- Conduct regular review meetings with Vendors, Clients and IT Staff- On-demand diagnosis, triaging and outlining of production issues across global sites- Tracking and reporting of solution component lifecycle, managing EOL components from proposal to support-handover- Architect creative solutions exceeding user expectations- Ensuring consistency with government policies, procedures, structure; applicable local, state and federal laws, codes, regulations and ordinances for data collection in various jurisdictions.In this role, you will need to:- Have creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to client computer, network and audio-visual network requirements- Have excellent analytical and communication skills to non-technical audiences- Have an appreciation for fundamental business objectives- Be detail-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced environment- Have a demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-site network management experience (large capacity WiFi, routers, switches)
- Certifications with Cisco or Extreme networking technologies
- Experience with pfSense or similar firewalls
- Experience managing internal DNS services
- Experience in client-management (macOS and iOS) technologies
- Experience with Mobile Device Management
- 3+ years cloud-based Unix server management experience
- Experience with Crestron Audio Visual Networks will be a plus
Additional Requirements
- - Ability to travel nationally with occasional international travel
- - Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- - Proficiency read/write/speak/present in English is mandatory, Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
