Core Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide feedback to the engineering team about product.

What We Value
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Information management experience including data analysis and data integration.
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham, Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is recommended.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to travel CONUS or OCONUS 25-50% of the time if needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Previous military experience is recommended.
