Your key responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a recruitment strategy for the GDS Poland location aligned with the business strategy
  • Leading a team of recruiters and sources, ensuring their development and team performance
  • Building and strengthening relationships with business stakeholders through ongoing resource planning
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment projects with support from the team
  • Keeping up to date with the current recruitment market within specific sectors
  • Actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies
  • Presenting, in collaboration with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team, a coherent Employee Value Proposition to the external and internal markets
  • Identifying improvements in the recruitment/sourcing process
  • Reporting on team results and key KPIs
  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring the recruitment budget – collaborating with external institutions and companies to achieve the set goals (including recruitment agencies, etc.)
  • Creating a high-energy, motivational, and professional work environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 9+ years of experience in the recruitment field gained in an international environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in recruitment reporting
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills: able to handle conflict situations and resolve issues
  • Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
