In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and internal customers to transform business requirements into actionable solutions by leveraging your analytical expertise. Your responsibilities will include building analytical models that track engagement outcomes, creating intuitive self-service dashboards and visualizations to track business metrics, and implementing automation solutions that drive process improvements across the organization.Key job responsibilities
In this role:
• You will harness your business and technical skills to understand business requirements, conduct data analysis and provide actionable data-driven insights and decision support to senior leadership.
• You will establish automated processes for large scale data analyses and create new metrics to measure the health of the business, support business strategy and enable the broader team to achieve its goals.
• You will drive the development of new data enrichment tools and self-service reporting mechanisms to help scale and optimize the reporting processes across the organization.
• You will work with Data Engineers, Product Managers and other stakeholders to find ways to measure complex problems and help quantify business impact of various initiatives.
• You will communicate complex analytical results in a clear and easy-to-understand way and will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems while considering edge cases and different tradeoffs.Work/Life BalanceMentorship and Career Growth

- 10+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience integrating multiple loosely connected datasets to tell a consistent end-to-end story
