Assist in hardware bring-up and develop/customize SLT hardware for high-volume manufacturing, focusing on industrial design, automation support, power, performance, and testability.

Validate hardware and execute test scripts during bring-up.

Address hardware/test-related issues during the sustain phase.

Support overall laboratory operations.

Troubleshoot and maintain hardware in the lab, including SLT stations, sockets, and test infrastructure.

Manage prototypes, ensuring efficient tracking.

Perform electrical measurements as part of the design validation process.

Collaborate closely with the engineering team to conduct tests and resolve complex technical challenges.

Develop and validate test infrastructure for CFT stations.

Test, validate, and modify CFT stations to comply with thermal and ESD specifications.

Bachelors +5 years related experience or Masters +3 years of related experience.

5+ years of experience in a New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing setting.

5+ years of experience conducting tests on semiconductor devices using hands-on automated bench-test setups.

Experience with ASIC design collaboration.

Familiarity with Cisco Silicon One Productization Strategy.

Proficiency in managing SLT hardware customization.

Strong problem-solving skills with complex technical challenges.

Expertise in thermal and ESD compliance.
