In this exciting and fulfilling role, you will be challenged as a leader of a team as both a Functional Manager as well as a Project Manager within our Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging business unit.

Your role:

• Management of Transducer new product development and technology projects
• Functional Manager of a team of Engineers and Technicians made up of cross functional disciplines.
• Be a key contributor to our cross-site Transducer R&D staff
• Lead new product development projects, business critical improvement initiatives, and other cross functional activities.
• Assist in developing Transducer R&D strategies and planning.

You're the right fit if:

• BS in Technical Engineering discipline.
• Prior experience and proven ability to work on a leadership team, as well as participating and contributing to a major product development core team.
• 5+ years of experience providing leadership, setting direction of a team, and coaching direct reports in a fast paced R&D environment.
• Good motivational and communication skills; both written and verbal ability to present on status of projects to senior management.
• Develop, manage, and report on status of project/department budgets.
• Experience in good Project Management principles and practices

The pay range for this position in Reedsville,PA is $116,000 to $199,000.00

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
