Ability to consult with marketing / business leaders in determining top/key performance indicators (KPIs), set priorities / expectations and work to deliver according to plan
Measurement development and design – based on KPIs, ability to design and develop new success measures including project management of automated reporting (working with downstream reporting / data engineering teams etc.)
Solid project management skills, ability to manage an initiative from concept to completion
Expert in key data / reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Cognos etc.)
Experience working in and / or with Geography teams
Strong communicator: able to explain data / analysis and make recommendations based on your analyses / conclusions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of the IBM Ecosystem business and associated measures / datasets (billings / revenue, pipeline, co-marketing, marketing-associated opportunities / wins etc.)
Experience in the IBM Sell and / or Build partner spaces, including key outcomes determining Partner / IBM success
EPM and/or Cognos dashboarding development skills
Advanced data science and/or analytical techniques including statistical modeling, performing SQL queries, using Python/R/other programming languages to transform datasets for new / unearthed business insight, using APIs and building comprehensive data models.
