Your Role and Responsibilities- Works on a mix of short- and long-term projects and initiatives.
- Works on portions of projects or deliverables that are part of a larger operational
- plan/program/project.
- Execute on strategies developed by Partner Marketing leadership with direct support from Field Marketing leadership.
- Independently works all partner marketing tasks with little to no guidance from Partner Marketing leadership.
- Works on e2e projects or deliverables that are part of a larger operational plan/program/project.
- Operates budgeting and vendor tools with little complications.
- Maintains relationships with Stakeholders and reps to develop trust and garner greater
- operational efficiency between teams.
- Able to analyze learnings and best practices from tactics and suggest improvements in a feedforward manner
- Included in discussions involving enhancing and scaling tactics, streamlining processes for Efficiency
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5 years of experience in Partner marketing (IT)
• B2B marketing experience
• Must have a track record of working on demand gen activities
• Strong understanding and experience with marketing program development
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong understanding of the typical partner landscape
• Marketing program management and multi-channel campaign execution
• Relationship building, stakeholder management and cross team collaboration
