What you'll do...

:

• Developing highly scalable applications to process millions of requests per day and solve complex software systems problems by leveraging state-of-the-art technology.

• Working with the product managers to carry out various experiments across different areas of the AdTech platforms to improve advertiser experience and platform performance.

• Driving projects of high visibility across the organization.

• Showing your chops as an exceptional and experienced coder.

• Leads and directs in large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions.

• Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues by reviewing and analyzing information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); directing actions as designated in the plan.

• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

• Mentoring and guiding mid-to-junior engineers.

What you will bring:

• 15+ years of experience in in architecting highly scalable & performing Web Applications

• Expertise in Typescript/JavaScript, React, Redux, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, REST, Web Services

• Proficient in developing / architecting high transaction high throughput systems

• Deep knowledge in building distributed systems which can handle scale.

• Advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures and algorithms.

• Experience in leveraging and contributing to open source technologies

• experience in agile ways of working in a distributed geographical model.

• Experience in one or more public cloud technologies like GCP, Azure, etc.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.

• Experience in working in large teams using CI/CD and agile methodologies.

• Must have Domain expertise in Native Product Ads / Sponsored Search systems.
