Responsibilities:

• Insource new processes to the Hungary Citi Solutions Centre

• Manage one of the Payment Services Teams in Budapest as the team supervisor

• Set up and lead the implementation of complex multi-year projects, end to end, with multiple systems, functions and countries involved

• Work in partnership with multiple stakeholders to contribute to the effort of deploying global processes and implementing company strategy

• Provide project status updates to all stakeholders including senior management across the organization

Ideal background:

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential

• Proven ability to manage and lead mid-sized teams, to coach and develop talent

• Excellent communication skills required to negotiate at a senior level and to articulate complex recommendations

• Good organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within aggressive deadlines

• Track record of project management experience

• Proven ability to handle complex issues, system outages, changes and recoveries
