What you'll do:
- Enter/control of banking operations environment with the highest accuracy and the most efficient way in the line with Operating Procedures
- Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements
- Ensure adherence of the processes to Citi Policies, Regulations and Procedures requirements
- Coordination of operational procedure creation and updates to ensure consistency with Citi Policies
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processing payments & tasks to be delivered
- Issues and escalations identification, reporting and handling till the resolutions
- Preparing MIS, Monthly Bulletins for respective area
What we’ll need from you
- University/College degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
- Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
