Advertiser Sales and Account Management Director (ANZ)

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the advertising landscape to identify growth opportunities and effectively manage both current and prospective business.
- Develop quarterly strategic plans to propel growth within the existing client base and meet overall business targets.
- Create sales plans to generate a high-quality pipeline of leads, successfully closing strategic advertising deals.
- Utilise consultative sales techniques to build strong client relationships and uncover opportunities for upselling and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, proactively addressing areas for improvement and driving collective success across the region.
- Provide valuable insights from clients to the product management team to inform the development of new product features.
- Collaborate closely with the publisher side of the business to advocate for advertiser success, offering valuable insights from the advertising perspective.
People Management:
- Engage cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and drive advertiser success.

- Provide support to the Account Management & Sales teams in client management, coaching them to achieve their goals and assisting with budgeting and scaling efforts.
