This job is an experienced legal professional who plays a proactive role in case strategy, document management, and client interaction. Building on a foundation of significant paralegal experience, the they demonstrate leadership within the legal team and provide high-level support through sophisticated research, drafting, and case management.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Independently draft and revise complex legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings in a clear, organized format.
- Manage larger or more complex case files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Liaise directly with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and coordinate case activities.
- Assist in developing case strategy and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors’ degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required.
