As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you'll serve as a vital resource for the front office and client-facing stakeholders. You'll act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and operations. Your role includes the investigation of inquiries, Candidates must be able to provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
- Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
- Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
- Taking process trainings for new joiners.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong Client Focus: adhering to response time to client and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Adaptability: effectively organize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines.
