Monitoring of Trade advices and statements along with generation of the final statements.
Amendments to Investment parameter documents and creating new strategies per Business/Legal and Compliance requirement.
Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gap.
Drive continuous improvement efforts, while reducing risk across all touch-points.
Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries.
Address adhoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office.
Facilitate training for new application users.
Work with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products.
