Organizational Change Management:
Lead and facilitate organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or process improvements.

Communicate change initiatives to employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing clarity.
Employee Support:
Consult with line management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Analyze trends and metrics to resolve complex employee relations issues.
Improve work relationships and enhance productivity through effective HR practices.
Provide timely information and education to employees across the organization on HR-related topics.
Strategic Alignment:
Align HR practices with business goals, ensuring that HR initiatives contribute to overall organizational success.
Advocate for employees while balancing business needs and legal compliance.
Your experience and qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR management or related field.
Minimum 10 years of Human Resources generalist experience (may be inclusive of COE experience) in a business facing HR Role with demonstrated increasing responsibilities.
Demonstrated success in operating within a complex, matrix global structure.
Global and cross-functional experience is preferred.
