Key Responsibilities
As a Leader Committed to Excellence:
- Manage and oversee the APAC administrative function, ensuring consistency in the quality of support provided across the region.
- Act as a key escalation point for challenges related to expense policy, invoicing, travel, and building management.
- Lead and integration of a remote administrative team in Manila, responsible for processes such as travel booking, expense management, and access requests.
- Collaborate with regional and global leaders to optimize administrative resourcing, including backup coverage as required.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- 4+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning.
- Proficiency in managing administrative functions within large organizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling/expense management platforms.
