Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years project management experience across large complex, cross-functional organizations

• At least 3 years experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations.

• Must have prior experience in leading large projects end-to-end.

• Experience working with network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, and Switching.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Awareness of IT Service Operations fundamentals and principles. (ITIL, MOF, OLA/SLA, CSI, etc.)

Responsibilities

As a successful RegionalProgram Manager, your performance

• Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improveefficiencyand productivity.
