YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or a related field

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience in selling industrial software and digital solutions

Expertise in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, and Chemical plant OT solution sales

Continuous learning and adaptability
