Job Description
Develop, plan and implement site Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) procedures/programs/capability building and ensures alignment with Corporate RBA policies, goals, and objectives.
Ensure site compliance with governmental and local regulations pertaining to RBA Validated Assessment Program (VAP) requirements
Ensure required regulatory and internal performance metric reports are submitted accurately and within established timelines
Participate in the review of site RBA Code of Conduct requirements
Sound knowledge of related standards ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA8000
Work with EHS, HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Site Management to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where Labor non-compliances or environmental, health and safety hazards exist.
Co-ordination and preparation of necessary response for internal as well as external party audits (RBA, Customers, third party compliance audit, legal audit, etc).
Guide Factory RBA leads to implement RBA Code of Conduct for Audit compliance
Maintain ongoing communications with RBA on any Code of Conduct updates and other new requirements
Actively participate in RBA work group meetings
Qualifications
5+ years prior full-time relevant work experience in Corporate Social & Environment Responsibility auditor or auditing work auditors, or other involvement in an auditing process is required.
RBA Factory Lead certification is preferred
Experience working with Semiconductor product structures, manufacturing operations, supply chain management and driving projects in Social & Environmental responsibility areas.
Working knowledge of global Environmental and Social responsibility standards and best management practices highly desired.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
Ability to troubleshoot and analyse complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
