What You’ll do:
Develop and drive the project assurance program
Undertake training of project staff on Assurance activities
Develop associated processes and procedures
Manage effective communications with all project stakeholders
Ensure the design solution is fit for purpose and meets assurance obligations
Take a lead role in Network assurance committee submission preparation
YOU MUST HAVE
- Tertiary Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- At least 3 years’ experience with railway assurance in TfNSW
- Proven track record in a systems engineering and assurance capacity, involved in the delivery of large and complex technology-based transport projects
- Experience in contributing to multiple projects in a complex environment
- Proven experience in project management including budget ownership and management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning
- Experience in managing partners and subcontractors
- A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
- Capacity to deliver against multiple objectives
