Key responsibilities include:
- Resource Management: Provide visibility and understanding of current and upcoming demand and supply (FTE, rank, and skillsets) across FSO Assurance and drive optimal distribution of resources.
- Workforce Planning: Lead strategic workforce planning sessions with Leadership to better understand FTE, utilisation, outlook and pipeline to enable appropriate resourcing and recruitment activity.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Analyse workforce data to identify trends, forecast needs, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Talent: Work closely with Recruitment to ensure recruitment and resourcing activity is aligned with demand and skill/rank gaps and on graduate and vacationer headcount, allocation and diversity metrics.

- Experience with resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services
- Ability to understand the business and learn the unique skills, needs, desires, and goals of our people

- People management experience; experience in educating and coaching staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong influencing skills
