- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with program management in domains similar to business continuity, risk management, compliance, and incident management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in ABCP (Associate Business Continuity Professional), CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), and CRM (Certified Risk Manager).
- Experience analyzing processes, identifying risks/dependencies, and applying critical problem-solving to propose optimizing solutions.
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 requirements and systems to meet standard.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills for fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for effective documentation, presentations, and collaboration.
