Responsibilities:

• End to End understanding of Data Center IT components that include End User Computing, Telephony/Voice, Network, Storage and Distributed systems

• Thorough knowledge of Server Lifecycle

• Thorough understanding of Operating Systems and Virtual/Physical Server environments

• Thorough knowledge of virtual environments, network, and related technology applications, large scale enterprise data centers, databases, middleware components, storage, cloud

• Understanding of cloud technologies (VMware, IaaS, PaaS, ESX, MaaS, OraaS, MSaaS), and regulatory requirements

• Ability to successfully drive and deliver large, complex, & transformative technology initiatives that impacted multiple LOBs

• Identification of risks, which affect program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution, and path to green

• Ability to persuade, carry influence and rally diverse interest toward common goals

• Ability to manage a virtual/diverse team through continuous timely infrastructure deliverables

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Exceptional presentation skills. Ability to present to senior levels of management (e.g. Director, MD) and to facilitate discussions at the senior stakeholder level

Qualifications:

6+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field

Risk & Control management, influencing skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
