Responsibilities
- Support the FIDS marketing team in the delivery of campaigns and product go-to-market activities
- Field requests and originate marketing output to achieve marketing and business goals and priorities.
- Create, collaboratively and individually, sales materials such as fact sheets and pitch decks, emails - copywriting and structure, product notifications and social media posts.
- Ensure and support process tools, workflows, processes and protocols are followed and maintained including recording of tasks, legal compliance and transparent comms with management.
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing based on importance and delivery deadlines.
- Track and report marketing activity performance metrics and KPIs. Support data gathering, visualization and analysis.
- Liaise with teams across the FIDS business to further marketing campaigns.
- Continuously learn and develop in concert with peers and managers. Including marketing skills, about FIDS markets and clients the competitive landscape and wider influences on the business and its reputation and growth.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related subject, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience in a B2B or corporate marketing team environment.
- Confident, credible and consistent. Able to work with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders of different seniority levels.
- Numerate, able to understand key metrics, trends and budgets.
- Sound judgment in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous circumstances.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to adapt and learn.
