Write engaging, strategic investments content across every channel – including web, social, comms, display, OOH and search. This includes both organic and paid media
Ideate and deliver end-to-end campaigns, with a focus on creating best-in-class customer experiences
Partner with stakeholders, thought leaders and subject matter experts across the business to build trust, challenge intelligently and find smart solutions to tricky problems
Develop strong product and industry knowledge, and use this to deliver content for a wide range of investors
Build a robust understanding of the investments risk and controls landscape, and use it as the foundation for every piece of content
Evangelise for readability, usability and inclusivity – keeping every customer in mind, every time
Think critically and get curious to make sure we’re doing things the right way, and for the right reasons
Work harmoniously with fellow copywriters, and contribute to the Content team’s value and reputation
Help colleagues become better writers by sharing best practice

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing or similar
Some years of writing experience in a marketing or creative role
Used to working within brand guidelines
Experience managing and collaborating with stakeholders
Experience working in a regulated environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
An interest in and/or basic personal experience in investing
