• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer; Advise on, gather, and define current and future business requirements that best reflect customer needs, based on product capabilities and best practices, ensuring high business value and influencing the interconnections between the business processes, technology, data and people.
• Lead the customer to an optimal solution, see the overall picture while maintaining a level of detail appropriate to the context; Leverage deep business and technology knowledge and experience, using this experience and intuition to identify requirements, assess capability gaps, and propose possible solution approach and/ or new capabilities that the project, iteration or work effort should deliver.
• Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers' business needs, production operability and budget.
• Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
• Prepare solution-related documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with project/line/solution manager on the planning and estimation of BA activities; Monitor BA activities, develop and manage requirements management plan. Serve as the internal business analysis expert.
• Support the resolution of configuration/implementation-related issues if and when they arise.

• Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information Systems.
• 8+ years of experience in the telecom industry and/or IT, with at least 3 years of experience as a business/ data analyst, working on complex BI projects, from business analysis, through data modeling and ETL development, to building data analysis visualization solutions.
• Independent data modeling skills and experience with data modeling tools (such as Erwin).
• Excellent SQL knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with data engineering tools and platforms
• Hands-on approach, loves to get your hands dirty
• Customer-facing experience: Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve challenges, and suggest solutions using various methods (presentations, demos, business processes etc.).
• Experience working in an agile development environment – Advantage
