Channel Marketing Leader – Personal Safety Division

As a

Channel Marketing Leader
,you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Identification of Business Trends, Growing Opportunities.
  • Create content and digital resources applicable to Distributors.
  • Provide partners with marketing materials, training, and support to ensure effective promotion of products
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Provide sales teams with tools and resources to effectively sell through channels.
  • Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of channel marketing activities.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Six (6) years relevant sales / Marketing experiencein a private, public, government or military environment
  • Industrial knowledge
  • Experience working with different Go to Markets, Distributors, Wholesalers, eCommerce, etc.
  • Experience in the generation and execution of Marketing Campaigns.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and executing channel marketing strategies and plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and presenting to partners.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN at least 1 day per week)
