The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Personal Safety Division Lead Development / Inside Sales Representative you will significantly enhance the effectiveness of the business marketing and sales efforts, leading to increased lead generation, improved lead quality and accelerate the closed won opportunities cycle.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Two (2) Years relevant sales experiencein a private, public, government or military environment
Two (2) Years Customer Service experiencein a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
CRM Platform experience: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
Strong organization skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working in the office
Product Application experience
English / Canadian French speaker preferred.
