Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute global multi-year, integrated commercial plans for the ACURATE SENTINEL, and SAFARI portfolio, ensuring alignment with franchise and business objectives.
- Drive execution of the commercial strategy to meet revenue, profitability and budget objectives
- Lead the positioning and messaging for the TAVR portfolio; partner with global marketing to ensure consistency across geographies
- Lead commercial launch plans, including the US launch, for the ACURATE portfolio
- Partner with global marketing and cross-functional counterparts to plan and execute commercial strategies and programs.
- Effectively lead team of marketing product managers to achieve excellent performance in downstream marketing activities and product management.
- Coach teams to develop simple, differentiated, concise messages and to create innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs, and tools to create value and drive preference.
- Establish in-depth knowledge of the TAVR / SHV environment; provide insights in the formulation of the Global 5-year Strategic Plan, Global Annual Operating Plan (AOP), market models and revenue forecasting.
- Identify and communicate competitive threats and opportunities for the franchise and lead competitive action / response plans.
- Work with colleagues in key functional areas, including R&D, sales, reimbursement, supply chain, clinical, med affairs, and regulatory to drive business objectives.
- Spend time in the field to gain market and clinical insights, and build relationships with key physicians to drive education, market adoption and innovation of BSC products.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical)
- 5+ years of medical device marketing experience
- Experience planning and managing product launches
- Track record of success leading cross-functionally and with global partners to develop plans, strategies, and tools to maximize sales potential
- Demonstrated experience developing and giving presentations to internal and external customers including sales teams, physicians, cardiovascular service line administrators, and executives
- Travel – approximately 40%
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (such as MBA)
- Exceptionally strong collaboration skills coupled with a “team-first” leadership philosophy
