Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Support team overall efficiency by leveraging AI tools, creating automation tools, identifying improvement opportunities, etc.
- Support team on reporting and analysis through power BI, ppt, etc, including monthly performance dashboard, Daily Management, BS analysis, etc.
- Supports organizational effectiveness through the identification and communication of process improvement opportunities
- Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS Center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (General ledger)
Key Responsibilities:
Process Efficiency
- Support Process Improvement via Automation (Macro, VBA, etc.) for GL operation team
- Proactively identify efficiency improvement opportunities and lead overall design and landing
- Download efficiency initiatives from global teams and lead landing in Dalian
- Introduce and share Dalian good practices with global teams and help global team landing in their site
Performance Dashboard
- Support Market monthly operation review dashboard creation
- Support root cause analysis and action plan
- Support meeting minutes and follow up
Reporting and Analysis
- Support GL process analysis to identify productivity opportunities
- Support GL automation analysis, root cause analysis, improvement plan
- Support global KPI/SLA creation, root cause analysis and improvement plan

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge on AI tools
- Good finance analysis skills to generate saving and pipeline opportunities with category insights
- Good skills in Power BI, and familiar with other visualization tool
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, including Advanced Excel, VBA , Power Query ,Power Automate, Office script
- Have experience on VBA based process improvement, and experience with RPA tool
- Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Quotations:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for BPO or SSC companies
• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
